Indecent right-click options

I recieved a computer from my cousin a while back, and
found that in his Internet Explorer, when you right click
and the menu appears, offering items such as Back,
Forward, Save Background, etc. There are some 'indecent'
options as well which lead to innapropriate web sites. I
would like to set-up my computer to go online, but I also
want the young children in my home to be able to use it as
well. So, does anyone here know how I can eliminate these
options?

Toolbarcop [~80Kb] can remove the menuextensions, BHO, Toolbars.
