incredimail

I can't get incredimail to send or recieve Emails, it
keeps saying "server returned invalid or unrecognized
response. I have talked to msn online support and got the
server incoming and outgoing stuff but that didn't help so
they said to talk to mucrosoft and I can't seem to get any
help with there support at all. Can someone please help
me? I'm not good with computers so please talk in english.

You need to contact Incredimail.
The software is not part of windows and has nothing to do with Microsoft.
Also, FYI, you would be better off with out it. I put Incredimail in the
same class as a virus or trojan.

Incredimail is a pain in the butt.........Takes forever to get off your
system also.
