Incredimail isn't yet compatible with Vista so it's not surprising that the uninstaller doesn't work properly. Assuming you've tried uninstalling the conventional way........
If you are a VIP customer there's always VIP support but I think they'll tell you the same thing....you are going to have to do it the hard way, via the Registry.
Go to Start/Run and enter regedit and click OK.
A page should open with the top left hand corner looking like this:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v732/Ex-Brit/Regedit.jpg
if for some reason it's expanded, collapse it and then highlight My Computer (Computer in Vista).
Go to File tab and click "Export" and send the registry to your desktop. This is in case something goes wrong. It can then be rebuilt by simply double-clicking that desktop item.
Now click the Edit tab and then "Find". Enter "Incredimail" (minus the "") then click "Find next" (or hit the enter key).
Whatever is found, right-click and delete.
Hit your F3 key for the next instance and keep going until all entries are gone.
If one says it can't be deleted this is where it gets complicated. You have to then find which key on the left column pertains to it and right-click/Properties/Permissions and give yourself permission.

If all is successful you can then delete the registry backup.

This has to be done when signed in as an Administrator by the way.

You may have to repeat it using "elishim" and/or "eliashim" minus the "" - it can be a very long process.

I've been using IncrediMail XE for several years and I really like it. I used it with XP and now I'm using it with Vista HP with no problems. When I switched from XP to Vista the support staff was very helpful.

I didn't say it wouldn't work, but it isn't totally ready yet for Vista. I too have tried it and been in touch with Support.

Try Windows live mail.
Or use Windows Mail.

Otherwise...ask incredimail.

Let me ask...WTF is incredimail ?
Is their something special about getting email ?
Or are you spamming that crap here ?

Uninstall it. Your email buddies will rejoice and will be forever
thankful.

Let me ask...WTF is incredimail ?

According to them it "Offers media-rich email service, including custom
backgrounds, sounds, and animations."

IOW, an incredibly obnoxious email program. It installs itself by use of
"drive-by installs" on websites, and has questionable privacy practices and
security issues. If it was truly so "incredible", they would have to foist
on people. Wikipedia has a nice informative page on it.

Just my two cents, from having to regularly scrape it off systems I support.
