incredimail migration

hello all...

i have Incredimail installed on a computer at the office...it would not
allow multiple systems to read our one email account...
i need to get Incredimail off my machine and go back to Outlook, easy
enough, BAMMM!!! gone
But the CAB file it created of all the old emails is an issue....

Outlook runs great but i have no idea how to force it to
read/convert/migrate the CAB file from the old Incredimail to the new
Outlook...

any ideas?????
