Increasing size of text in the "Run" dialog box?

When I choose Start ->Run, the text in the "Open:" box that appears is
a bit small for comfortable editing.

I've increased font size in XP Control Panel->Display->Appearance.

I've used the Advanced option to increase the size of "Message Box"
text.

But neither has helped the dialog box text size.

I've installed Tweak UI, but that doesn't seem to have any relevant
options.

Suggestions?
