INCORRECT TIME IN INCOMING MAIL

All emails coming into Outlook 2003 do not have real time - they are approx
1.5 hours ahead of my computer's time. However, outgoing mails have the
correct time. I have checked with my ISP and they confirm that it is not
their problem but perhaps a glitch in Outlook?

Can anyone suggest anything to fix this problem?
