Incorporating dotNet custom control in contact .oft

I failed to find any info on using a user control from vs.net (c#) in
an outlook 2003 contact template (.oft). Is this possible and if it
is, how do I do it?

(sorry for the lack of detail, I just received an internal server
error after posting my original _long_ explanation :( )
 
Hmmm, even in Outlook 2003?
Is it ever going to happen and if so, when?

The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not quote earlier
messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on detail that
