Incorporating an access database into site to do searches on data

I have a website at the ip address: 72.41.177.196 (New Jersey Dietitans in
Health Care Facilities). I have an access database with member information
(address, phone, specialty etc.). I need to create pages that will allow the
user to do a search by city, by specialty, and also list the complete
listing. If they do a search by city, it will take them to page that allows
them to select a city from drop down arrow box. When a city is selected and
the search button clicked, the next page will give them listing of dietitans
in that area. The same with a search by specialty. Do you have any good
ideas or resources on how to do this?
