inconsistent order of dates on pivot axis

I have a pivot chart where one of the axes is year and week no eg 200833
which is an output from a database query. Unfortunately, the pivot displays
these periods in the wrong order - 200829,200830,200833,200831,200832 - and I
can't figure out how to get them in the correct order. Please can someone
help?

If you go to the pivot table on which the chart is based, you can rightclick the
field in question and select Field properties. Then click the "Advanced" button
and set the proper sorting options there.
