incompatability multiple usb devices

I cannot run a Visioneer 9320 Scanner. It conflicts with
a digital camera (canon S110) I can't even install a
Dazzle card reader.
Right my computer will not recognize the presence of my
digital camera. I have been told by Canon tech that XP
has a bug with multiple USB devices.

Argos -

Not so.... XP handles my scanner, printer, copier, DVD/RW,
CD/RW, Compact Flash Reader, Sun Disk Cruizer, Kanguru
Drive, Canon Label Printer, Linksys Router, Maxtor external
hard drive, and Nikon camera... simultaneously.
Your Canon tech is trying to pass off a problem.

I agree with zag, I have a all but 1 USB filled and one
of them has a 4 USB hub hooked into it and everything
works.

Right on PAL. I just looked around and realized there is
also a USB joystick and a USB PDA. I think XP is supposed
to handle something like 127 such devices, but you'd sure
need a hunky power supply.
