Incoming mail problems

This is an Outlook Express question. I have an email coming in but it won't
download and so it is blocking any emails coming behind it. I have tried all
morning but without success. Pleeeese can someone help as I need to get
access to other incoming emails

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
