INCOMING EMAIL

JUST SETUP NEW COMPUTER CAN SEND EMAIL BUT CANT RECEIVE HELP!!!

I don't suppose there is any kind of error message displayed when you try to
receive mail is there? If there is one, would you mind posting it in it's
entirety?

Part of he problem may be a stuck CapsLock key.
Passwords are case sensitive.

No , it just says no new messages I have set my own email up & thats working
fine the one with the prob is my partners.It lets you send but It wont recieve

If you want to be treated as shouting and therefore receive fewer answers,
post in mostly or all CAPITAL LETTERS.

What if any error messages do you get if you try to receive? Click on the
error message and see if you can copy it.

My email was fine the one I am having probs with is my partners When I tried
to sent to this adress I got a bounce back error message saying my message
couldnt be delivered and this is that code
Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC91
Any help appreciated

0x800CCC90 POP3_RESPONSE_ERROR Client response invalid.
0x800CCC91 POP3_INVALID_USER_NAME Invalid user name or user not
found.

Something is wrong with your settings or an email address.
If you can send to yourself without a problem and only get this message when
sending to your partner then you have a mistake in his email address.

Please copy and post the entire error message. It should look like this:

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your User Name
