Incoming email attachments

I am having trouble receiving incoming email attachments
from my friends. It always says "OE (office express) has
removed unsafe attachments." I click on the paperclip
but I can't get my incoming email attachments. How do I
override this function on OE?

I don't see what this has to do with IE6 but...
OE6
Tools menu > Options > Security tab
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments...."
(Assuming you really want to disable this security feature)

That is NOT what it says!
In OE go to Tools | Options | Security and uncheck "Do not allow
attachments...".
