Incoming alarm & Exchange Server 2003

Hello

We are using Outlook 2000 and 2003 in our company. I get a incoming alarm for
my private address.

I also have groups mailboxes like sales, it, etc.
Unfortunally I don't get any alarm for those boxes.
Question: It is possible to write a small scripts or are they any tolls who can
generate different sound or popup messages depending the incoming boxes?
We are using Exchange Server 2003.
