Including MSDE2000 in image

Hi,
Does anybody know if MSDE2000A can be included in an image by making it as a
component ?
If yes, Can you please guide me a bit about it ?
Are there any licence restrictions which stop us from doing so ?

Yes, it can be included.

Although MS does not provide MSDE component with XPe we have created our own one.
