includes

I am building a website and I've been working
with "includes" for a long time, however last day or so I
am using old includes pages to make new pages ( as a "
templates" ) but when it gets published the includes
script dissapears and I get only the "body page".
.... At the page preview ( on the server
side but within frontpage )I do see with includes working
fine - only on the internet it gets lost.

Any idea of what can be happening?
Could it be server problems?

Any idea will be appreciated.
 
Are your new include pages IN the remote web site? It sounds like they are
local.
