In this project we are doing, we use word to generate several letters and have a requirement that some of our customers to have a header and footer, these are generally pictures, so to this end we added {INCLUDEPICTURE "header.jpg" \d} and a corresponding one to the footer in out .dot file. This works fine when we try it on our network, but it seems that the customer does not get the pictures from their header.jpg added to their documents (just the good old red "x")
Is there a word setting that would enable this to work, or have i got to look at re-writing that part of my progam to add the pictures dynamically?
