Go to Tools > Customize. While the dialog is displayed, right click on the
button you want and select "Copy Button Image". Close the Dialog and Paste
into your document.
Failing that you can Print Screen and Paste the screen image into Paint and
manipulate the image there - or get a tool such as Snagit
(http://www.techsmith.com/snagit.asp) which simplifies the process.
