Include Page component

Hi,
I recently included a Include Page Component in my site.
It is a left hand side table of contents, but when you
click on hyperlinks it opens a new window even though I
have programmed the hyperlinks to open in the same window.
Any ideas anybody?
 
Remove the base target tag from your main page in HTML view, then set the
target value of hyperlink on the Include Page to _top (Whole Page).
