I have outlook setup to recieve my Hotmail messages. It
recieves them and puts them in a Hotmail Inbox in
Outlook. I was expecting them to go to the Outlook Inbox.
I have other programs that access the Outlook Inbox
looking for my emails, but nothing is there. Help?!

Hotmail will always put the mail in the Hotmail in-box. Since it is http
mail, it cannot "talk" to the POP3 or SMTP mailbox. You will need to move
it there manually. Likewise, rules do not operate on http mail.
