inbox repair tool

Hello

I'm using Outlook 2000 and cannot delete my delete my "Deleted Items"
folder. When I try to open it I get this

"Unable to display the folder. Errors have been detected in the file
C:\Documents and Settings\...\outlook.pst. Quit all mail-enabled
applications, and then use the Inbox Repair Tool"

Where do I find the Inbox Repair Tool? The Outlook help file doesn't seem
to have the answer.

TIA
