Inbox Moved to Deleted Items

We had a client delete her entire Inbox and it now shows in her Deleted Items
folder. Meesages still are arriving there, but we would like to move it back.
We have tried to use the /resetfolders command line option, but nothing
happened.

Any help appreciated.

Is she using a .PST file? If so, try running the Inbox Repair Tool against
it to see if it finds any errors. Search her drive for a file called
scanpst.exe and run it. Allow the program to make a backup of your file
before it makes any changes.

In addition to Jocelyn's suggestion, try starting Outlook once with the
/resetfolders command switch.

She is using Cached Mode Exchange without a PST (other than for archival
purposes) on Outlook 2003 SP2, Exchange 2003 SP2.
