Inbox is greyed out

Hello, one of our machines that runs Office 2003 is having a problem with the
Inbox. No other folder has this problem. The Inbox is greyed out, and we
get a message saying that the Inbox will not display.

I can log this same person onto my machine and set her email up and see the
Inbox with no problem. We have tried re-installing Office 2003 on her
machine, but it happens again.

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?
 
Sounds like a corrupted view. Try starting Outlook 1 time with the
/cleanviews command line switch.
