Inbox in Outlook 2003

My taskbar shows unopened mail, but none of todys mail appears in my inbox,
and no Filters are on.

Are you certain you're sorting by the Received date?
 
Thanks Brian. Yes I tried that many times over. I finally did the tried and
true method of restarting the computer. That worked!
