Inbox error

Can someone tell me step by step how to get a file out of inbox. I have read
the threads, but have no clue where to find command prompt and
windowsmail.msmessagestore? I am not real good at computer mumbo jumbo. I
just know how to play. Can someone plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me its
driving me nuts!!!

With the stuck message selected, have you tried holding down Shift while
hitting Delete?
Unless the stuck message is keeping you from receiving new emails,
I would not advise you to attempt the rather elaborate procedure you refer to.
It does take a certain amount of computer expertise.
Leave well enough alone for now, until Microsoft comes out with a patch.
