All of my inbox emails are missing that are older than 5 weeks. Hotmail
support did a recovery but said they were not on their servers and stated
that I would have to contact Outlook. They were not deleted and are not in
the deleted box. Can you please help me?

Are you archiving them? Check your Archive settings under Tools. I don't know
what version of Outlook you're using so I can't be more specific.

Outlook 2003. I dont know if I am, not on purpose anyway. I've had this
account for 7 years and this never happened before. How do I find out if it
did archive, and if so, how do I restore them?

How are you connecting to the account with Outlook?

Through the internet- http connection with hotmail. Its synched so that what
happens on Outlook or on hotmail is automatically synched to the other.
