Inaccessible Boot Device

I was trying to download software for a Rio Cali MP3
player. Had no success in making it work. Didn't seem
to recognize the MP3 player. I ran the Found Hardware
Wizard, but still no luck. Shut down computer and
restarted then received this message***stop: 0x0000007B
(0xF401B84c, 0xC0000034, 0x0000000, 0x00000000)
Inaccessible Boot Device.

My operating System is Windows 2000 Professional. I
would greatly appreciate any help!!!

I posted several options three days ago in another item in
this newsgroup with the word "Inaccessible" in the Subject
line.

Try to repair the OS from the Win2k prof disk . after done
remove the software installed contact the manufacturer for
the details
