inaccessible boot device when moving ide drive to a new computer

I get the inaccessible boot device error when I move my
ide hard drive to a new copmuter. I'm guessing the OS
(win2000) needs drivers? How do i get them into the
computer? i have the drivers, but the computer keeps
asking for txtsetup.oem. What should i do?
