Inability to open Outlook Express

I just downloaded Windows 2000 on my home computer. Since
that time, I have been unable to open Outlook Express. I
just also installed Juno as my internet provider and on
the disc was Outlook Express. I also did the on line
upgrades. I keep on getting the message msimn.exe has
generated errors and will be closed by windows. Is
Outlook Express supported by Windows 2000 Professional?
Do I have to use the E mail from Juno? Had Earthlink
before and the same problem. What do I do to be able to
access Outlook Express. Our addresses are there too and
we can't access. Thanks.
