Frustrated

I'm able to connect to the internet, but I can't get any
pages to load other than the intro AOL screen.

My internet connection seems to be OK, as I can view and
play chess at another site using their server.

I can't clear my temporary internet files because I
receive a message to the effect that an EXCEPTION occurred
while running the System32.DLL file.

I looked at this file--while the other files show a gear
logo on their folders, the System32 file has a blank logo
on its folder.

What is going on? I thank you for your help.

Sounds like an AOL issue. Contact AOL or unload the
software and reload it. If it still doesn't work, unload
the software and upgrade to the latest AOL software. If
that doesn't work, try reloading the system and then the
AOL software again.
