In WinExplorer, C:/ as default

I would like to have the C:/ drive open when I open the
Windows Explorer in XP. Does anyone know how to do
this? Thanks loads.
 
Right click your Windows Explorer shortcut and select Properties. Now in the
target field change it to the following:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e, C:\
 
That appears not to work (as does the tip in the KB using
the 'root' command)
I would rather have My Computer open by default (just to be
awkward).
Any ideas on how to do this please?
