In using an mailer invitation template/no envelope

In using a a mailer invitation template with no envelope, how do you know how
to reinsert the invitation correctly back into printer after one side has
printed? I downloaded template but have no instructions.
 
Go to the manufacturer's web page and look at the support documents. Usually
this type of information is available. If you still have your manual, the
instructions are probably there.
 
I usually print test copies and mark them somehow to indicate which end I'm
reinserting.
 
Me, too. With my laser printer I know exactly what it's going to do, but the
inkjet I'm always less confident about (since I don't use it as often).
