In solver, linear regression

the result donot comply with my constraints, such as I set data as "binary", and the result is fraction; or set data should be integer
So which expert can tell me how to solve this problem?
 
Solver defines an integer (or a binary) as being 'very close' to an
integer. What 'very close' means is controlled by the Options dialog
box. IIRC, it is the 'Precision' parameter, but you will have to check
on that.
