In Outlook I cannot create a new email.

The "New" button is greyed out and when I put the mouse over it, it stays
grey. I have tried System Restore but this causes other problems with my
virus program.
I am running XP and Outlook 2003.

Have you activated your product? Go to Help --> Activate Product. Do you
have any other issues with other Office Products (i.e. Save or Save As
greyed out in Word or Excel?
