I am pretty familiar with Outlook 2003, BUT I just upgraded to 2007 and
learning all this new stuff. I print alot of envelopes, at least I did with
2003, how do you do it in 2007? I can't find the envelope icon which inserts
the address (contact) to Microsoft word. I upgraded my whole entire system,
word, excel, outlook, access, publisher, powerpoint, autocad, visio and I'm
having a nervous breakdown!!! LOL!

I think you are talking about the new letter to contact menu? It's gone from
Outlook. Select the contact, then tools, mail merge and select the option
for selected contact and envelopes from the document type dropdown.

If you mean in Word, look on the Mailing tab of the ribbon.

Hi Diane,

I'm am in contacts, the one I want to do and there is no tools. I am so
frustrated. It's the new ribbon bar. It has Contact, Insert and Format and
I've looked in all of those and can't find anything. This is crazy.

Don't OPEN the contact. just highlight it in the main Contacts
Window.....then you will see what Diane posted...
