In/Out Mail

I no longer can send/receive mail in Windows Mail. I receive the following
error message:
"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.att.yahoo.com',
Server: 'pop.att.yahoo.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"
I have checked the settings in "My Account" and all seems OK.
Can anyone help?

AT&T Yahoo mail no longer uses port 110.
Follow the port and SSL settings in the link Robert gave you.
