In my outlook, I cant change the font of my signature.

I clicked TOOLS, OPTIONS, MAIL FORMAT, SIGNATURES.

How come I cant change the font of my signature.
 
To change the font, you have to be using either RichText or HTML.

Before clicking the Signatures button, choose either RichText or HTML from
the drop down labeled "compose in this message format". (You can always
change it back to Plain Text later)

When you click the Signatures button, you will now be shown the signatures
of your selected format. They will now have the option to change Fonts.
