In Excel 2007 PivotTables, what happened to "hiding" subtotal line

In Excel 2003, you right-click a subtotal line that you don't want to have
displayed. You then click "Hide." Poof. All subtotals for that row heading
disappear from the whole pivot table.

Where has this feature gone in Excel 2007? I can't find it anywhere.

You can right-click on a subtotal, and remove the check mark from
Subtotal<fieldname>

Or, to hide all the subtotals:
On the Ribbon, in the PivotTable Tools tab, click the Design tab
In the Layout group, click on Subtotals
Choose Do Not Show Subtotals

Thanks for the answer. It does, indeed, address the question that I asked.

Here's the additional functionality that I need: In Excel 2003, the
pivottable fields were displayed on a SINGLE row after you removed all field
subtotals. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to get Excel 2007
pivottables to display just ONE row after I remove all field subtotals.

Thanks,

Oh, now I have found it.

PivotTable Tools
Design Tab
Report Layout
Show in Tabular Form

That does the trick. Thanks for sending me to the Design Tab. That was the
missing link.

I'm not sure if this is what you want, but --

On the Ribbon, in the PivotTable Tools tab, click the Design tab
In the Layout group, click on Report Layout
Choose Show in Tabular Form
