In Access, How can I set criteria to only choose records NOT cont.

In Access, How can I set criteria to only choose records NOT containing a
certain word. I get if I type "dog" in the criteria, it will only show me
records containing the word dog....what if I want all records NOT containing
the word dog, then what do I type?
