In a loop, delete menu item after forst visit

Hi,

I have a 50 slide presentation in the form of a quiz. At page 5 - after the
intros - I have a selection of five subjects to choose from. When a subject
is selected Clicked on) I jump to six questions on that subject. The final
page of that six contains a control arrow to take me back to the menu on page
5.

How do I, on visiting the menu page 5 on subsequent loops, delete items
(Graphics, squares with text) that have aleady been chosen?
