Is there any way to able to have different records in the same form has a
different background color and forecolor based off of a certain value in a
field. For example, if Record #1 had a value of 'Y' then all the fields for
that record would be an orange background with a blue forecolor. Otherwise
all the other records should have a white background with a black forecolor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Thanks in advance

Hi John

In design view, select all the fields you wish to be affected, then click
Format>Conditional Formatting. In the dropdown box, choose "Expression is"
and in the next box type [YourFieldName]="Y". Then select colour and font
formatting as required.

Hey Graham-

I am not sure where this Format>Conditional Formatting is. I looked in both
Access 2000 and Access 2002. Could you let me know where I can find it. I
only see format under properties not Format>Conditional Formatting.

Thanks,
John
