In 2007 where do I finjd "Properties" with word count

Before 2007 it was under file, properties. In 2007 the idiots at Microsoft
hid everything. I need the work count for my document

Take a look at the bottom of the screen in your Status Bar for "Words: ###".
If you don't see it, right-click your Status Bar and then click Word Count.
(This was added to the status bar by default so you shouldn't need to add
it.)

The Word Count in the Status Bar will dynamically update as you modify your
document. Additionally, if you click the Word Count in the Status Bar the
Word Count dialog box will display which provides other statistics such as
character and paragraph count.
