Improving my Excel 2000 Skills

I'm up for a job that does allot of excel. Is there some where online to
give me a step by step guide on doing advance level excel spreadsheets (
while on waiting for a second interview ) ? Currently my skills are
rusty on doing allot of the advance intermediate things. I need to
learn how to do advance reports for a university. Thanks.
