Improvements (IE 7???)

Rumour is that Microsoft believes that the browser war is over and won't be
bothering with major releases of IE. Is this true? Anyone know if they are
looking at releasing a new version of IE with some of the great features of
the other browsers included? (i.e. tabbed browsing, pop-up killing,
activating links by typing the first few letters of them, mouse gestures,
etc.)?

I'm playing around with Mozilla 1.4 (http://www.mozilla.org) and I'm highly
impressed!

What I have seen on these news groups is that Ms will not release a stand
Along i.e. 7. It will be incorporated in a new operating system.
Wait and see.
