Improvement Percentage Formula Help

looking to show a % of improvement...example January I was 8 out of 12 and
current YTD I'm 1 out of 12 so would the formula be if A15 = 1 & B15 = 8
1-(A15/B15) = 88% ?
 
=1-A15/B15

formatted as percentage
