In this group we prefer that you fully describe your problem with examples
of before/after desires.
Then, you may? be invited to send the file or link OFF list.

I understand this and agree with you. This is why the 2 first tab of
the file include the current situation and the "problem" tab includes
a description of my question and the expected résult. This answer
the before/after demand no? What more can I do to describe my
question? I'm open to any suggestion. Thank you. Jacques

First, post in PLAIN TEXT, not MIME'd crap!

You misunderstand. No one except an idiot opens an Excel file or any
document that COULD contain autoexecuting scripts that COULD be malware.
Since few if any of the readers of this newsgroup know who you are, we'd be
idiots if we open your file. Do you really want advice from idiots?

Assume that NO ONE will open your file no matter how well you've written an
explanation in it. Assume that you must provide the explanation HERE, in
PLAIN TEXT (without MIME/HTML encoding).

Once again I agree with you. I would not open on my pc any file
coming from anywhere. This is why, my Excel file is included into a
web page and not as a file to be downloaded. This link
http://cjoint.com/?hunXEMJti3 comes from this web site http://cjoint.com/.
This web site has been especially created for people to add them file
(maximum 500 kb) to a web page so it can be used into any forum
without any risk. Note also that I already posted messages on this
group with the same kind of link and that everyone understood it
without problem. Finally note that I respect everyone's opinion ...
by the time this person stays polite and respectful... I will work
further on my problem and if needed I will describe it in plain text.
