Impossible to delete mails

"unknown error" (?)
Impossible to move or to delete opened and not opened mailed messages
(spams)which are still in the reception file.
Does anybody know how to proceed for ?

If any messages won't move or can't be deleted, apply this Microsoft fix:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941090

Although that article only mentions Outbox, it works for all mail folders.
