You can download a program called RAR from the internet
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm - it works with zip as well as a variety
of other programs that make archive files.

A zip file is like a packed suitcase. It is a compressed file that includes
one or more other files in an archived format. The RAR program lets you
extract a copy of the contents. The RAR program does open the zip file to
do the extraction, but it merely gets a copy of the zipped contents -
translating the content files into an uncompressed format. It does not
destroy or otherwise diminish the zip file, so you can still extract another
uncompressed copy of the zipped file's contents at any time.

Of course, once you have the uncompressed file you are after, you can delete
any undesired files - including the zip file itself - if you like.

Convert the zip file to exe and put options to extract stealth to any folder
that you need (with rar/ace file is the same procedure).
Other option is installing any control into your access mdb to use ZIP
files. See on www.fathsoft.com there is a very simple control to use ZIP
files and very low cost.
