importing word document into excel

i have managed to import one of my docs but forgot how i did it the word
document is set out as follows song track title disc please
help manys thanks

Perhaps: open the word document, select the table, copy it, then select Excel and paste...

hi bernie no won`t work have tried but it`s not in a table,it will emembed
but i want it in excel cells if i copy and paste it puts it everywhere,
