Importing with .csv into AD

I am using the following command to import a list of
contacts into my AD.

csvde -i -f filename.csv

The .csv configuration is thus.

DN objectClass givenName sn Mail
CN=Deborah Abel OU=Clients,DC=NTCAR,DC=NTCAR,DC=ORG
contact Deborah Abel (e-mail address removed)


The error I am getting is:
Connecting to "<null>"
Logging in as current user using SSPI
Error opening input file
0 entries modified successfully.
An erro has occured in the program.
